High season (July, August, September), rent value has to be discussed.
Preference 6 months. Less months, cost can be higher.

For longer stays, house content is minimum, or starter, or to be agreed. Typically only large equipments are available. If small equipments get damaged, and already out of warranty, guest must replace it. Typically longer stays, guest must buy small house content and appliances.
