Two bedroom house located in the historic village of Pedrógão Pequeno, close to Cabril Dam. Inside, you'll find the main bedroom with a double bed, and a flexible second room that can serve as a bedroom, dining room, or home office (furniture can be supplied if needed). The living room includes air conditioning for both heating and cooling. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and fridge/freezer, as well as a functional bathroom. For extra space, the property features a large attic and two under-house storage rooms. Outside there is a private courtyard with mature orange and lemon trees.

The house is in walking distance to two cafes, two shops, medical centre (centro de saúde), post office and a junior school. Close to Pedrógão Grande which has banks, shops and restaurants as well as beautiful swimming and hiking.
