Tiny House in Quinta

- The Tiny Houses have approx 12m2, a pantry kitchen (Fridge, stove, microwave, incl. Dishes, pots, cups, etc.). There are one bed (140x200cm) and one Sofa bed (90x 200 / as bed 180x200) inside, as well a small table (foldable), chairs, a dresser and coat hooks. - The Tiny houses have camping gas heating. In the winter time there will be a wooden covered terrace (approx. 9m3). - The farm has two shower / toilet houses.

- Animals are allowed - WiFi are free available in the Public area - BBQ / Fire Place (outside) is possible from October to May - Parking space right next to the caravan - There is a bread service 3 times a week - The Tiny houses have camping gas heating - As long as the weather permits, the pool can be used - In the winter time there will be a wooden covered terrace (approx. 9m3)

- The next small supermarket is around 500 meters away. - The quinta is pretty much in the middle of Portugal, the property is very quiet, outside a small village.

- The next village (Cernache do Bonjardim) is around 3,5 km away (with Pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, post office, gas station, etc.) - The next larger town (Sertã) is 14 km away (Health Center, various doctors and everything else) - The university city of Coimbra is 75 km away - It takes about 1 hour to get to the Atlantic or the Spanish border, and about 2 hours to Porto or Lisbon.

The quinta is quite place in the middle of the nature. It is the right place to relax. The wooden gypsy caravans are very homely and have everything you will need for a beautiful stay. In the gypsy wagons you have a romantic and adventurous atmosphere that is a bit reminiscent of the Wild West.

€350 per month for one person in the small Caravan €375 per month (up to two people) in the large Caravan - Animals are allowed - No smoking inside the caravans - The gas for the Gas heater costs extra (the bottle price may vary, +/- 30 €) - We take a deposit (€ 150 cash. The money will be paid back when Guests move out, there is no interest on the amount) - The guests have to clean their caravan themselves - Bed linen and towels are included and are changed regularly - Washer and dryer can be used for a fee (€ 3,- washer / € 3,- dryer) - There is a small fitness room that can be used for a fee (€ 3,- per day or € 15,- per month)
