You have the perfect spot for relaxing, at the edge of a traditional village in Central Portugal, good car access with a safe parking place, TV, Internet. You can walk in the fields and forest out from your holidayhome, In Tábua you have all shopping centers, restaurants, coffee/bar, hospital and pharmacy in 14km distance (also train/bus station). In the summer months you are near to the Alva River where you have beautiful River beaches and bars in 10km distance.

You can hang out in your garden or court yard for picknick, reading, relaxing or BBQ. The village has a nice atmosphere and you an also to to the small coffee to have the traditional portuguese coffee, or a cool beer every day.

In our region you find plenty of nearby River Beaches, Secret Spots with amazing views and routes for Hiking, Cycling and Motorcycling, Historical Villages and other interesting locations of the fascinating portuguese history. In the 2000m high Serra da Estrela mountain range you have most spectacular view and hiking activities at Vale do Rossim, Lagoa Comprida and other special spots which are indicated in every tourist offices. You can visit all different kind of historical, schist and mountain villages, you live near by the three Mountain Ranges Serra do Caramulo, Serra da Estrela and Serra do Açor. In 14 km you reach the small town of Arganil, in 60km you are in Coimbra, the must visit historical town of Portugal, restaurants, bars and shops. In only 90 km you end up at the Atlantic Ocean near Figueira da Foz.

Long term rental available only from September 2024 for 3-10 months House for 2-6 people 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, bedding, towels incl., 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/living area fully equipped, 1 living room, 1 secretary room, storage rooms, terrace BBQ and large outdoor spaces. Long term rental 3-10 months - special offer: Basic Price: 680€/month/2 person (incl. 1 cleaning per month, floors, bathrooms) For every extra person we charge plus 50€ per month (max 6 person). Extra costs  140€/month average, depending on your consumption: We provide TV/internet fix 40€, electric heating/air condicioning electricity 70€ average, water 30€ average, and fire wood on request. Deposit: 1 month rent, 680€, refunded in the month after your departure - including the final balance of extra costs and possible renovation costs or replacement of any damaged furniture - as agreed with you before leaving.
