This house is a typical Algarve house, newly built, with the typical white & blue facades, large patios & a beautiful chimney. It's located on a private property, with several orchards of fig, almond, olive & carob trees. It accommodates 2 people and consists of 1 open plan with living room, dining room & modern kitchen full equipped, plus 1 bedroom & bathroom with walk-in shower. Air conditioning and heating, hi-speed wi-fi. Outside, 2 large patios (South & West), with table, cushioned and reclining chairs and parasol give you the opportunity to enjoy the sun in the morning or afternoon. Mediterranean garden with native and aromatic plants. Private free parking.

Our house is quietly situated on a large estate, with many native plants from the Eastern Algarve, close to the typical towns of Castro Marim (5 km) or Cacela Velha (10 km). The famous golf courses of Castro Marim (6 km), Monte Rei (7 km) or Quinta do Vale (9 km) are close by and the sea with large and beautiful beaches is very close - Praia Verde (6 km), Praia da Alagoa (7 km) or Praia de Cacela Velha (10 km).

A stay in our house provides a nice experience for nature and bird lovers. In the Spring our house is richly decorated with native flowers and you can walk or cycle there, enjoying the view, the sounds and the smells of nature. The view from the top of our hills is absolutely fantastic, with a landscape view of native flora, the marsh & the salt pans of Castro Marim, the Guadiana river, the coastal towns & villages and the sea in the distance. For most visitors, the better attraction of the Sapal of Castro Marim is the large number of birds that can be seen, including storks, herons, wild ducks, sandpipers & the ever-popular flamingos. Great place for photos! Also, the beautiful & old streets of Castro Marim, which connect the church, the castle & the fortress, are careful lined with typical houses whose simplicity is characteristic of the architecture of the Algarve & worth a visit.

The price in November until end of April is €1050, per month, plus bills (electricity, water & internet). In May until end of October, please ask, sending your dates and number of guests. A security deposit is required with the booking. Suitable for D7 Visa or similar. Pets aren't allowed. And please note there is no space for campervan or similar.
