We just renovated this charming country house and it has a pool, AC, central heating and a nice terrace to sit outside.

25 km from the westcoast and 10 km from the south coast we can chose which type of beach we prefer, in walking distance (10 min walk) is our village Montes de Cima with a nice Bar called Taberna do Manel. 6km from us is a well known typical Portuguese Restaurant called o Tasco. We are in a small valley and if you walk up the hill you can have sea view towards Portimão. We are 3 km from the Algarve Race track which you can hear sometimes when you are outside. Also we have some chicken near the house which you can hear sometimes.

Located 10 km north of Alvor (near autódromo), 20 min from Lagos, 25 min from Aljezur, 50 min from Faro Airport, 30 min to west coast surf beaches, 20 min to south coast beaches.

The house was built for us when our children were small and it has a good insulation , toxin free building materials and we have our sustainable water supply from rain water collection and our well. In the kitchen there is a superior Reverse Osmose unit made by Bluewater in Sweden. The electrical energy is from our 8,8 kW Solarsystem with Battery. There is always more than enough energy and on sunny days you can even charge your electric car from it .
