Small house ideal for one person or a couple, in the historical centre of Silves (Algarve,) at a 15-20 km average distance from the sea, wonderful beaches, other towns and the deep countryside.

It is a recently renewed tradicional house of 30 m2, organised in an open living space with kitchenette, a mezzanine for bedroom, plus a closed pantry and a bathroom with shower. This is quite a special and cosy home with 2 fronts, located in a high and quiet neighbourhood, and just a 2-minute walking distance to the castle, the cathedral and some terrace cafes. One of the windows overlooks a narrow street with friendly neighbours, the other overlooks a square with trees and comfortable benches. Also, there is a free car park just opposite where the view over the mountains and the river Arade is quite beautiful. The house is equipped with air conditioning, water heater, kitchen appliances and some furniture. It is prepared to install a washing machine.

At 15km distance from the ocean, wonderful beaches like praia do Carvoeiro, Benagil cave and Praia da Rocha. Visit beautiful villages like Carvoeiro, Ferragudo or Armação de Pêra.

We do not allow smoking, parties or noise that may bother the neighbours, nor pets on account of not having a private outside space. Monthly rent is of €700, for a non renewable 1-year contract with €1000 rent security deposit and 2-month rent upon entry. Expenses (electricity, water, and internet) are not included.
