About my service: I capture photos to show properties at their best. Firstly, I pay attention to the individual features of your property, its exterior & interior design. I also factor in any preferences the owner might have. I capture a property’s features paying attention to composition, colour and light. I use advanced techniques to balance the light inside and out, enabling the viewer to see the view through a window instead of a square of white. This is important especially on very bright days; it can make a huge difference to rooms with a beautiful outlook. I use a camera lens suitable for enhancing the feeling of space and light, without making the space look unnaturally wide or distorted. For rental properties / holiday lets, I give added emphasis to furnishings, ‘lifestyle’ aspects & ‘set pieces’ eg a table and chair on the balcony to relax with a coffee or glass of wine, helping viewers imagine themselves there. Can’t I just use my own photos? Clients looking for a place to rent or buy look at hundreds of properties online, so images need to grab their attention. Too many adverts leave the buyers in the dark about the rooms, the layout, and the outside appearance of the property.
