Rustic House in a Monte Alentejano

A rustic, cosy renovated farm in a little village not fare away from Elvas at Alentejo. The monte is divided in 2 houses (one where the owners live) and one for rentals with big spaces as living area with books and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom all the house is fully furnished. There is a social area with 1 meditation room, table and benches outside, a seperate common kitchen, a land with olive trees, lamps, dogs chickens and a vegetable garden. The tenants will have access to all, except for the owners private house.

Supermarket, local market, bus station to Estremoz, Elvas and Lisbon in the village, restaurants, walking ways, church and mediation room at our place. Nice places and castles to visit, Estremoz, Juromenha, Evoramonte. Only 20 min. from spanish city BADAJOZ in Spain.

Located in a typical and calm village which belongs to the municipality of Elvas. Easy access to local bakery, market shop, café or restaurants in the village, just 600 meters from the house. The centrality of this village allows you to conciliate the experience of real life in this geographical area, the contact with nature and the quick and easy access to the main touristic attractions. Bus stop in the village center with buses every hour to Elvas, Estremoz and even Lisbon. You can also go for a nice walk in the surroundings, go cycling, read a book, meditate, contemplate nature, but also rest or even work if you are at homeoffice.

It's stress-free and we organize regular meditation sessions. We have animals and spent a lot of time outside. Here you can feel the meaning of " slow living" at it's fullest and you still have a lot to do and to see around our place. It is a special house with stone walls and was renovated with love. A cosy place to relax and enjoy simplicity.

Rental from Frebruary 2026 - May 2026 €790 per month (water and Internet expenses included) Electricity seperate cost depending on use. Regarding Internet, as it has to be a calm location, internet is only active from 7h00 to 22h00. Regretfully Pets NOT Allowed. Non-smoking house.
