The ground floor with a living room and kitchen, and the upper floor is a mezzanine with a bed and bathroom.
The house is furnished and consists of:
- a living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed and other furniture;
- a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, cupboard, stove and microwave;
- the spacious mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds, desk, chest of drawers and a bathroom with shower.
All rooms have natural light, windows overlooking the river, and internet access.
It is an ideal space for 1 or 2 people (but can comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 more persons), for those who enjoy Nature and experiencing a unique way of life: being so close to the Sever River, this location has a unique microclimate and diverse natural habitat.

There is also the possibility of expanding the space of this house, opening access to a comfortable en-suite bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with a bathtub.
This extra living area is also fully furnished and has an independent exit to the outside, as well an internal connection to the Duplex.
This option implies an additional rent and will be available from October onwards.
This is truly the best place to disconnect from the modern world and take advantage of the vast nature that surrounds it: the sound of the river's current, its many blue dragonflies, the native wild vegetation with numerous chestnut trees, olive trees and other centuries-old trees, owls, eagles or simply the sound of the sheep bells on the other side of the riverbank is what you can expect.
