Wooden Surf House

Rustic house for 2+2 people, studio type. With mezzanine. Near Aguçadoura, Estela, and other Beachs, with wooden walking paths. Along the agricultural area, cultivation, in nature.

House recovered, in the middle of nature, near to Aguçadoura, Estela and other Beachs (Sup, Surf, Windsurf, Kayak, other water sports). With mezzanine, can accomodate up to four people (two single beds - joined or separated, one sofa bed). Quiet, secluded location. Equipped with modern comfort. Natural cooling and warmth, good rock walls. Generous balcony for meals and fun. National TV TDT. Junqueira's Windmills, halfway to the beach, and local shops nearby. Terrain with 5,000 m2 organic plantation with young pine trees, can also support Surf Camp or Tents if needed. We also support Santiago pilgrims (by request and depending availability). It’s on recessed generous terrain which can also support tents, near the growing trees. Note: The water comes from a well, for general use, except for drinking or cooking. We provide bottled water (for Holidays only). New cloth wash machine is installed. "It’s a great spot…. One of the Best Surf spot in the north of Portugal! Sup, Kayak, KiteSurf!!!" New mezzanine to accommodate two beds (single or joined). The living room is more spacious, with a sofa bed. For four people. New washing cloth machine. Beach is around 2~3 km, 8 min by bike. We rent bike, +100 Eur/month.

By foot you can reach our refurbished Windmills, one for grinding grain, and another for museum/ future local housing (in construction). Local Navais has beautiful church, local restaurants and coffee shops. Many places to purchase grown food. Bike sightseeing.

Coast line from Vila do Conde with historical wooden ship to visit, also great beaches for surf, kayak (Nelo town brand), and historical centre. Póvoa de Varzim traditional for fishing. Aguçadoura beach for families, thin sand and low waves. Also Estela beach upper north. Wooden walk path along the coast. Also known for Santiago Compostela pilgrim walkers nearby. Upper Ofir beach. Around the area, Windmills over Apúlia, on East over S.Félix Mountain and panoramic sightseeing.

5,000 m2 terrain with Organic Young Pine Trees for production. Terrain is also recessed, traditionally called "masseira", to protect the crops. Semi OffGrid, near city, but away enough to be in country, distant from civilisation, and no residential neighbours. Only agriculture fields. Water system from underground, for general purpose washing. Not to consume (we provide water gallons - holidays only)

Internet for renting must be obtained by client. Mobile 4G/5G HUB. There's mobile internet with unlimited data for €30+ per month. (safeguard for house content monthly rent) Short stays housing tourism is more full of house content. For longer stays, house content is minimum, or starter, or to be agreed. Typically only large equipments are available. If small equipments get damaged, and already out of warranty, guest must replace it.
