The house is very cosy and comfortable, well-kept and fully equipped. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, terrace with swimming pool, It has fibre optic internet and works very well. Set in a medieval village where you'll find comfort, nature, but at the same time close to the city. We provide support during your stay. You can have the silence of the countryside with everything the city has to offer just 15 minutes away by car.

The village is very quiet, time passes slowly, but as we are 15 minutes by car from the city of Viseu we have a perfect combination. It is surrounded by nature where you can enjoy walks with marvellous views of our beautiful Dão River. The house also has a very pleasant swimming pool on the terrace. The house has the perfect combination of countryside and city.

Nearby you'll find all the necessary services as well as a variety of activities (horse riding, thermal baths, bicycles, water sports). Although the house is in a medieval village surrounded by pure nature where you can only hear the birds or the sound of the water flowing in the river, we are very close to everything because in 15 minutes you are in a city that has all the services. In the neighbourhood you'll find many activities to enjoy. It's a region with a rich cultural agenda, good schools, hospitals, public transport. If necessary, you'll find the city of Viseu with everything you need just 15 minutes away by car, as well as villages and towns where you'll also find all kinds of services.

Internet is included. Electricity and water depend on the number of people staying in the house, to be agreed between the parties at the time of rental. We are petfriendly, but we always like to know the size and age of the animals.
